CNH Pro - Simulado Privacy Policy

DNMTechLabs · Updated: October 26, 2026.

Controller and scope

DNMTechLabs is responsible for CNH Pro - Simulado, an Android app for driving theory study, identified by the package br.com.cnhquizpro. For privacy questions and requests, contact dnmtechlabs@gmail.com.

This policy covers study data and the optional advertising and Premium features. These features are rolled out gradually according to the installed version and distribution channel. A version may keep advertising or purchases unavailable. Ads depend on your choice, region, and network availability and approval; purchasing depends on Google Play offering the product. Describing a service on this page does not guarantee its availability in your installation.

Your study data

Question answers, favorites, test results and history, completed lessons, reviews, goals, appearance preferences and reminders are stored in the app’s private space on your device. Studying does not require an account, login, name or Brazilian taxpayer number. We do not automatically synchronize these records with our own server.

We do not implement our own analytics service or automatically transmit your study results. The app does not provide your answers, favorites or study progress to advertising networks as part of the integration described below.

Exporting, restoring and sharing

You can export a progress backup and choose where to save it through the Android document picker. The file may contain your study history and is not encrypted by the app. Protect the backup and consider the policies of your chosen file provider, including when the destination is a cloud service.

Restoring a backup replaces current study data after your confirmation. Sharing and question reports are initiated by you and use the app or destination you select. A report may contain the question identifier and wording, a study reference and the text you write.

Read aloud, reminders and external links

Read aloud passes the requested text to the text-to-speech engine configured in Android. That engine may process text locally or use a network, depending on its provider, voice and your settings. The app does not request microphone access for this feature.

Notification permission is optional and is used for study reminders you enable. The app may reschedule these reminders after the device restarts. Notifications may appear on the lock screen according to your Android settings.

Opening official sources, support links or messages uses the browser, email app or other service you choose. Those services follow their own policies. We do not request access to contacts, the camera or precise location for the study features described here.

Advertising and your choices

Starting with version 1.2.9, the app integrates Unity LevelPlay exclusively for Unity Ads and ironSource Ads banners and interstitials. Meta Audience Network, AdMob, AppLovin and AdQuality are not included in this configuration. Advertising may operate without an advertising consent dialog in regions allowed by the check below. The app does not automatically record affirmative consent. You can disable advertising in Sources and privacy while continuing to use the study features for free. A refusal saved in an earlier version is preserved.

When active, providers may collect and share device and advertising identifiers, network-generated user identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device and network technical information, diagnostics and ad interactions. These technical identifiers do not require a DNMTechLabs account. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, analytics, service operation, security and fraud prevention. The app sends restrictive signals before initialization, without granting consent for personalization and with sale or sharing restricted. Using these signals does not eliminate all data processing; each provider handles them according to its policies and applicable rules. Data may be processed outside your country.

Unity also discloses collection and sharing of purchase history for advertising and analytics. Its SDK may query in-app purchases when enabled through remote configuration, including product, transaction identifier, date, state, token and signed proof. This may be performed by the SDK in addition to local Premium verification described below; it does not provide access to card details. Unity may also process app usage times when its Acquire Optimization feature is enabled.

The optional advertising control is saved locally; it is not a consent management platform and does not enable ads in regions requiring additional consent. Disabling advertising blocks new ad requests by the app and removes its ad spaces. This does not delete data already processed by providers or guarantee that every component of an initialized SDK stops immediately. See the providers' policies and choices below.

Regional checks before advertising

Before initializing production advertising, when your advertising choice permits it and Premium is inactive, the app queries a DNMTechLabs regional service hosted by Cloudflare over HTTPS. The request does not include your answers, progress or an identifier supplied by the app. Cloudflare may process the IP address and technical data needed to deliver and protect this request according to its privacy policy. The service returns only an indication of whether additional consent is needed, without returning your location to the app. The service does not keep its own request record, but this does not exclude technical or security records held by Cloudflare infrastructure.

Ads remain blocked in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, as well as other regions the service flags as requiring additional consent. The local choice is not a consent management platform (CMP) validated to enable ads in those regions. If the check is unavailable, offline or produces an indeterminate response, ads also remain blocked. The check may be repeated when you return to the app and to renew the regional decision.

In this integration, the regional check and advertising services use encrypted connections to transmit data off the device. Version 1.2.9 does not permit unencrypted HTTP traffic, including for local ad media caches.

Premium and Google Play purchases

Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase to remove all ads. It is not a subscription. When offered in your installation, the displayed price and currency come from Google Play. Google Play processes payment under the Google privacy policy; the app does not receive or store your card or payment-instrument details. Purchasing or restoring Premium does not create a DNMTechLabs account.

The app receives the purchase data needed for verification from Google Play, such as the product, package, state, token and signed purchase proof. Local cryptographic verification uses the Play public key and grants Premium only for a completed, valid purchase; pending purchases do not grant access. The app acknowledges delivery to Play. The signed proof, including its token, is kept in the app’s private space to revalidate access offline. The app does not include it in exported study backups or log it through the app’s own code, and the app has no automatic backup of this data configured. Possible purchase-information processing by the advertising SDK is described in the advertising section above.

You can restore an eligible purchase using the same Google Play account. A successful Play query reconciles Premium entitlement, including when a refunded or revoked purchase is no longer returned as owned. Offline, valid local proof may retain access until the next query; refunds cannot be checked immediately offline. There is no purchase backend operated by us or real-time purchase notification service. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local proof; restoration then depends on Play again.

Once Premium is verified, the app removes the banner and blocks new ad initialization, regional requests, loading, display and refresh. Your saved privacy choice is preserved. Purchasing does not delete information already processed by providers.

Retention, deletion and support

Study data remains on the device until it is replaced or deleted. To remove it, use the app’s storage options in Android settings or uninstall the app. This also removes local Premium proof. Exported backups and files must be deleted separately from the destinations you selected. Local deletion does not delete purchases or records held by Google Play or data already processed by advertising networks.

To request access, correction, deletion or exercise other applicable rights over information under DNMTechLabs’ responsibility, email dnmtechlabs@gmail.com, identify CNH Pro - Simulado and describe your request. Provide only the necessary information; do not send card details or purchase tokens. We use support messages to respond to and investigate the request for as long as necessary for that purpose and legal obligations or the defense of legal claims. Applicable rights depend on the law and context. We do not maintain a DNMTechLabs user account or an automatic server copy of your study history.

Data processed by advertising, voice, file or other service providers also follows their own mechanisms and retention criteria. The Unity policy explains choices through the privacy icon in ads and access or deletion requests; you can also contact DPO@unity3d.com. For purchases and Google services, use the channels described in the Google policy. Providers may retain certain records for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or the defense of legal claims. A request to DNMTechLabs does not guarantee deletion of records under those providers’ responsibility.
