DNMTechLabs. Privacy contact: dnmtechlabs@gmail.com. This policy covers HinduPro, its free features, the Premium purchase and optional advertising in the installed version.

Content and local data

The app does not require its own account. Favorites, notes, annotations, collections, reading history, settings and progress stay on your device. Interface language and scripture edition language are independent. Each scripture edition identifies its language and attribution. Bundled editions use source-verified public-domain texts; selecting a localized interface does not itself translate those texts. The app does not use online machine translation while you read. Scriptures are bundled for offline reading and search uses a local index. The app does not send private study content to advertising networks.

Backup, sharing and diagnostics

When exporting a backup or sharing text, an image or a document, you select its destination through Android features. Backups may contain personal study data; protect those files. Android automatic backup and device transfer depend on device and account settings. Premium purchase proof is excluded from those backups and restored through Google Play.

A diagnostic report exported at your initiative contains the app version, technical device data and general settings, without study notes or reading content. The app does not automatically transmit that report to the developer.

Optional advertising: LevelPlay, Unity Ads and ironSource Ads

Unity LevelPlay manages banners and interstitial ads from Unity Ads and ironSource Ads only. AdMob, AppLovin and AdQuality are not part of this configuration. HinduPro does not show a custom advertising consent screen or include a consent management platform. On a fresh installation, ads are eligible only after the regional check confirms that regional consent is not required. A previous refusal of advertising is preserved when updating the app. You can turn optional advertising off or back on in Settings; turning it on does not bypass the regional check. Books remain free regardless of this setting, and Premium removes both ad formats.

When enabled and eligible, providers may collect and share IP address and approximate location, device, advertising and user identifiers, technical device and network data, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance. Unity Ads documentation also declares purchase history. Purposes include advertising, measurement, analytics, operation, security and fraud prevention. Processing may occur outside your country. The app does not supply banking details, notes or reading text to these networks.

The configuration applies restrictive LevelPlay consent and sale/sharing signals. These signals do not eliminate all processing or replace legal consent requirements. The Settings advertising toggle is not represented as GDPR or TCF consent. The app does not initialize the advertising SDK or request ads when the regional check indicates that consent is required, the region is unknown, or the check fails.

For the regional check, the app calls the corporate HTTPS endpoint /api/privacy-region. Cloudflare infrastructure receives the IP needed for the connection and uses request geography to return only a consent decision. The endpoint receives no app account, study content or advertising identifiers, sets no cookies and does not record these data in Worker logs. The temporary decision is discarded when the app leaves the foreground. Cloudflare infrastructure is subject to its privacy policy.

Premium and Google Play

Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, permanently removing banners and interstitial ads while ownership remains valid. The price displayed in the app comes from Google Play in local currency; the configured Brazilian base price is R$ 14.90. Books remain free. Google Play processes payment, account, receipt, refunds and taxes under its policies. HinduPro does not receive your card number or banking details.

The app checks purchase status and stores signed proof and the token locally for verification, acknowledgement and restoration. They are not sent to a developer-operated server or included in app backups. Pending payments do not activate Premium. A previously verified purchase works offline; cancellations or refunds may be reflected after a successful new Play query. Use Restore purchase with the same Google Play account after reinstalling or changing devices. Deleting local data does not cancel the purchase; refund requests use Google Play channels.

Audio, permissions and notifications

Read aloud uses the Android text-to-speech engine installed on your device. A network voice may send the reading text to its provider under that provider’s policies; offline operation depends on the chosen voice. The app does not need a microphone for reading.

The app may request notifications and maintain a foreground service during audio. Reminders are optional and text may appear on the lock screen depending on your settings. Internet is used for optional advertising, regional checks, Google Play and network voices where applicable.

Audience, choices and deletion

HinduPro distribution is configured for adults aged 18 and above and is not directed at children. Delete local data using Android storage settings or uninstall the app. Remove backups and exported files separately. Data already processed by Unity, Google Play, Cloudflare or a voice provider should also be managed with those services. Turning off advertising or purchasing Premium stops new app ad requests; it does not retroactively delete data received by providers.

Availability and documentation
