Olarila Child Safety Standards

DNMTechLabs · Effective: October 26, 2026.

Scope and adult audience

These standards apply to the Olarila Android app (com.olarila.mobile) published by DNMTechLabs and the Olarila community it displays. The Android app is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. These protections apply to every minor, regardless of the app’s adult audience.

These standards supplement the Olarila Community Guidelines. They apply to posts, profiles, messages, attachments, links and other content or conduct involving the community.

CSAE and CSAM are prohibited

Olarila prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, store, share, request, promote or facilitate such material or conduct. This includes grooming, sexual exploitation or sexualization of a minor, sextortion involving a minor, and trafficking a child for sexual exploitation.

The prohibition covers sexual abuse material involving minors in any form, including photos, videos and computer-generated imagery. Attempts to arrange, encourage or direct people to prohibited material or abuse are also prohibited.

Report a child-safety concern

On a forum post, open More options (…) → Report, select the relevant reason and describe the concern in the required message field before submitting the report. For other content or accounts, use a Report option where available. You can also report directly to the monitored business email dnmtechlabs@gmail.com or use the forum Contact Us form. Identify the concern as Olarila child safety so it can be directed to the responsible person.

Provide the post, account or page URL and a brief description of the concern when possible. Do not attach, download, copy or redistribute suspected illegal images, videos or other abuse material to make a report. Do not send passwords or authentication codes. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.

Review, removal and account action

Daniel Maldonado receives child-safety reports at the monitored contact below and coordinates review and enforcement. We review concerns and promptly remove or disable access to confirmed CSAE or CSAM. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we act to remove or disable access to it and take appropriate action against the responsible accounts, including restrictions or suspension as warranted.

Information needed to assess a concern or fulfill a legal reporting obligation is handled with restricted access and in accordance with applicable law. We do not ask users to resend prohibited material. Reports must be made in good faith.

Communication with competent authorities

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and communicate confirmed cases of child sexual abuse or exploitation, including CSAM, to the competent authorities as required by applicable law. Daniel Maldonado coordinates the review, appropriate account action and legally required communication. The relevant authority and procedure depend on the jurisdiction and circumstances.
