Olarila Account and Data Deletion

Request account deletion
Request deletion of the Olarila forum account you use in the Android app (com.olarila.mobile) or at olarila.com. Send the request to dnmtechlabs@gmail.com with the subject Olarila account deletion.
Include your forum username and registered email address. Where possible, write from that registered address so we can verify ownership. If you no longer have access to it, explain that in your message so support can discuss another verification path. Never send your password, a two-factor authentication code or card details.
What happens after your request
DNMTechLabs support reviews requests manually and verifies that the requester is entitled to delete the account. Support may ask for the minimum additional information needed for verification and will explain the next steps.
A verified request covers deletion of your forum account and associated personal data, including identifying account/profile details and account-linked content where applicable. Merely suspending or deactivating the account does not fulfill that request. If particular information must be retained for legitimate legal, security or fraud-prevention obligations, support will explain the data concerned and the reason.
Section 5 of the forum’s Guidelines describes account termination by contacting the forum through the Client Area and states that community posts may remain after termination. You can use the email request on this page for account and data deletion; finding the Client Area is not a prerequisite. The account termination terms are not a blanket exception to deleting personal data.
Where public posts are lawfully retained, support will delete or anonymize identifying account/profile attribution and personal data in those contributions unless specific information must be retained for a lawful reason that is explained to you. A retained contribution must not remain linked to your identity without such a reason. You may include links to posts or attachments containing personal data so support can review deletion or anonymization of that material. This does not mean that every public contribution will be removed from the community.
Uninstalling the app, clearing Android storage or opting out of native ads does not delete the forum account. Downloaded files on your device must be deleted separately. Provider records already processed by advertising or other independent services may require a request through their own privacy channels.
Other privacy or support requests
For a data request that does not require deleting the entire account, identify the information and action you are requesting in your email. You can also contact the forum through its Contact Us form. Do not send sensitive credentials.
